The Village

Location

WonderVillage is located in the North West corner of the tropical island of Koh Phangan, in Southern Thailand. The Village is in a secluded area surrounded by coconut trees and natural plants and wildlife, and within eyesight of the turquoise beaches. The quiet location is 10 minutes from the local village with markets, shops, and restaurants.

Layout

The Village layout is designed for the communal areas, the neighborhoods, and the facilities to be easily accessible to all the residents and guests. The short term guests will be situated closest to the Village Center and the resort facilities. The long-term residential neighborhoods will include additional facilities fit for the residents, including kid-friendly areas in the family neighborhoods, such as playgrounds and separate pools.

Neighborhoods

WonderVillage will be home to long and short term residents spread between the different neighborhoods, accommodating guests, single/couple residents, and families with children. Each neighborhood will focus on the different needs and attributes of different residents, with their own accommodation and facilities. The neighborhoods will consist of five different house styles, each designed with a specific type of resident in mind.
